An island called North Sentinel island is located in the Bay Of Bengal and is a part of India. This island is a home to Sentinelese who have not yet discovered the basic things needed to ensure a healthy lifestyle. Some sources suggest the Sentinelese are unaware of the presence of fire and rely on lightning to keep their wood burning for as long as possible. The population of the island is estimated to be around 50 to 500. We have not been able to make contact with them but from the things we know by monitoring them from boats and helicopters they do not know any means of agriculture. There have been multiple occasions when we have tried to contact them one such incident occurred in 2006 when two fishermen fell asleep on their boats, and it drifted to the island over night.
